彈性蛋白酶 Elastase 來源于豬胰臟，分子質(zhì)量25.9KD，PH8.5.彈性蛋白酶水解的蛋白底物的種類繁多，但也有其*性，它能夠水解彈性蛋白，胰蛋白酶，糜蛋白酶或胃蛋白酶不能作用的底物。大豆胰蛋白酶抑制劑和激肽釋放酶抑制劑抑制蛋白水解，但無彈性蛋白離解活性。
穩(wěn)定性/儲存：彈性蛋白酶在pH值≤3.5時不穩(wěn)定。2-8° C干粉穩(wěn)定貯存6-12個月。
彈性蛋白酶產(chǎn)品代碼：ES和ESL在中性pH值和在濃度大于0.25％時溶解性差。當(dāng)用反應(yīng)混合物或培養(yǎng)基稀釋彈性蛋白酶之前，調(diào)整kcl或堿性緩沖液的離子強度或PH值有助于彈性蛋白酶的溶解，當(dāng)pH4.0-10.4時穩(wěn)定。
技術(shù)說明：1 SucAla3NA單位大約相當(dāng)于6倍的彈力蛋白酶的消化單位。應(yīng)用無菌水進行溶解，以避免細菌污染。由于懸浮液的粘稠性（代號：ES的小瓶包裝）應(yīng)用水沖洗以保持濃度。
單位定義：25 ° C，pH值8.0，1單位的酶每分鐘切開1微摩爾的N-succinyl-L-alanyl-L-alanyl-L-alanine-p-nitroanilide的量。
